Timothy’s is a great spot for a casual dinner in the Berkshires. The Greek salad was the best I have had anywhere, a homemade red wine based dressing over lettuce so fresh it seems to have just been picked, with creamy Feta, savory olives and juicy tomatoes — I am hungry again just writing about it. The marinated chicken on the chicken pita was juicy and filled with flavor. And the pita was delicious too- crispy outside with a fluffy center. Pizza pleased the children enough to order a second pie.
Atmosphere very friendly. Located in a older building with lovely archtectural details. Server was overwhelmed as restaurant was full and one server was off sick but he did a heroic job keeping up with us.
